What carrier(s) do I use for shipping?

I ship using the United States Postal Service (USPS). For shipping in the United States, my 'best shipping' rates utilize either First Class, if available, or Priority Mail. For shipping into Canada, my 'best shipping' rates use, primarily, Priority Mail.

My 'express' rates, for both Canada and the United States, use Express Mail.

A note to Canadian customers - Please be advised the shipping cost you are paying to me does not include any Canada customs duties, taxes and/or custom brokerage fees. If these are applied to the shipment as it is processed through Canada customs, it is your responsibility to pay these fees. It is likely these fees will not be applied but I cannot guarantee it.

If your purchase is less than $20, please contact me and I may be able to ship it to Canada more economically for you.

When do I ship?

I will ship your items within 1 to 7 days of purchase. Most will be shipped in 1 day, but I may have to retrieve my product from the Local Artists Gallery, where my items are on display, before shipping to you. As stock at my home studio increases, this prolonged shipping time will disappear.

What is included in my shipment?

All items will be boxed and packed safely in the mailing container. For Jewelry purchases - Your jewelry purchase will be enclosed in a gift box depicting my logo. It is ready for gift giving - to yourself or others! My business card will accompany all orders.
